We guarantee all merchandise sold by Hoist Lifts Inc. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of delivery of your order, you may return any item in new condition, including original packaging and paperwork, for a prompt refund. All returns of custom made items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Hoist Lifts is currently unable to accept returns of used items, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Shipping Costs / Credits
The credit card originally used will be credited for the purchase price of the item and any applicable sales tax, excluding all shipping costs and restocking fees. Hoist Lifts will pay return shipping costs if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a result of our error. A restocking fee will not apply in this event. Your credit card will be credited when Hoist Lifts or the Shipper has received and processed the returned item (s). You will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your return and your credit. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for the credit to appear on your account.

Hoist Lifts cannot guarantee credit for orders that are not returned in accordance with our returns policy.

Returned Items
All returned items will be examined upon receipt.

If the item is not in new condition including original packaging and paperwork or does not meet the return conditions we may be unable to issue you a credit or exchange for a replacement, and the product may be shipped back to you.

How do I return a product?
All returns require an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) in order for us to accept shipments. Shipments without RMA #'s clearly posted on the outside of the box will unfortunately be returned to the sender.

Please E-mail us with your concerns so we may send you an RMA #.

How do I cancel an item that has not yet shipped?
Please E-mail here to cancel an item. We will need to confirm that it has not yet shipped. All returns require an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) in order for us to accept shipments. Shipments without RMA #'s clearly posted on the outside of the box will unfortunately be returned to the sender.

Exchanges
If you request an exchange, we will ship your replacement after we receive and process your returned product. If you need a replacement right away, we suggest place a new order or e-mail us.

Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our warehouse.
